Thomas Rupp is a native of Southern California, and his parents, both born in 1915, raised him on tales of old Los Angeles that drove a fascination for the era before WWII. An artist and designer by trade, and a Trojan fan almost since birth, over the years he has grown to understand and appreciate the unique place that Notre Dame holds in football history. Over a decade of research and writing went into Rockne and Jones: Notre Dame, USC, and the Greatest Rivalry of the Roaring Twenties. This is his first book.
